Bonus Terms Explained — Plain English
Online casino bonus jargon can be confusing. Here's what the most common terms actually mean, with real MYR examples.
Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you need to place a total of RM2,000 in bets before requesting a cashout. Lower numbers (10x, 15x) are more player-friendly than higher ones (35x, 50x).
Example: You claim a 100% bonus of RM200 with 15x wagering → you must wager RM3,000 total before cashing out bonus-derived winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When you're using bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum bet per spin or round to prevent bonus abuse. At net303, the typical cap is between RM250 and RM500 per bet while an active bonus is in play. Exceeding this limit can result in the bonus being voided.

Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus stays in your account and is used for wagering but cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky (cashable) bonus can be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met, and the original bonus amount is yours to keep.
Example: Sticky bonus of RM200 → you complete wagering, win RM350 → you can withdraw RM350 but not the original RM200 bonus balance.
Maximum Cash-out (Bonus Cap)
Some bonuses limit the maximum amount you can withdraw from winnings generated using that bonus. For example, a bonus may have a RM1,500 maximum cash-out — even if you generate RM5,000 in bonus-derived winnings, only RM1,500 is withdrawable. This is separate from your real-money balance.
Example: RM50 bonus with RM500 max cash-out. You win RM800 from it → only RM500 can be withdrawn as bonus winnings.
