These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and net303 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the net303 website located at https://net303.buzz and all associated gaming, betting, and entertainment services offered thereon.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on net303, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

net303 is operated under an international gaming licence from the Curaçao gaming authority. The Platform is designed to serve adult players in eligible international markets. Malaysian players are reminded that they are personally responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws governing participation in online gambling activities.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an Account on net303, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. The Platform enforces this through mandatory KYC verification before the first withdrawal is released.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not eligible to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, and any other territory explicitly excluded under our licensing terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of net303 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on net303. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same personal details, payment methods, IP address, device fingerprint, or household — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts and their associated balances, including winnings, are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obliged to update this information promptly if it changes. net303 accepts no liability arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. net303 will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, net303 reserves the right to require the following documents for identity verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank statement, eWallet screenshot)
• Any additional documentation deemed necessary to satisfy AML/CFT compliance obligations

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by net303 may result in temporary account restriction and the inability to process withdrawals.

net303 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other major Malaysian banks), and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Operator's discretion without prior notice.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of RM 100.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• net303 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own charges, for which net303 bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a payment processing failure, net303's customer support team should be contacted with supporting transaction evidence.

5.2 Currency

All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on net303 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. net303 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposit values.

Members may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Member's own name. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the identity confirmed during KYC.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. There is no stated maximum, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at our discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during operational hours (9:00 AM to 1:00 AM MYT). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing from 9:00 AM the following day.
• net303 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding thresholds established by our compliance team. Such checks may extend processing times beyond standard windows.
• Any bonus balance that has not satisfied its applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of the withdrawable balance calculation.

net303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by a promotion's individual terms:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier varies by promotion and is stated in each offer's specific terms. For reference, current welcome bonuses carry wagering requirements between 5x and 35x of the bonus amount.

7.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Standard contribution rates are as follows (individual promotions may vary):

• Video Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo): 10% to 20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on pre-match markets; live betting contribution varies by promotion
• Crash & Instant Games: 50% contribution (unless stated otherwise)
• Lottery / 4D: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Bonus Balance is active and Wagering Requirements remain unsatisfied, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM 300, or the amount specified in the individual promotion terms, whichever is lower. Placing bets in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed or Wagering Requirements not completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion's individual terms will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting, as stated per promotion.

7.5 Anti-Abuse Policy

net303 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases where it suspects or determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets, exploiting arbitrage opportunities, using automated systems, or coordinating play with other Members to clear bonuses with minimal risk exposure.

The following general betting rules apply across all wagering activities on net303. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. net303 is not responsible for bets placed erroneously by the Member.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (palpable error), net303 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• For sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA, UFC). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, net303's decision, made in good faith based on available evidence, shall be final.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• net303 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual events, markets, or Members at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from casino games are subject to the game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on net303 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to access or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to fund an Account (money laundering)
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic strategies solely designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing net303 staff or other platform users
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages the Platform's technical infrastructure

All content on the net303 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of net303 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of net303; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net303 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

net303's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

net303 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect Platform availability. net303 shall not be liable for any loss of gaming opportunity, potential winnings, or data arising from Platform downtime or technical malfunction.

net303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Detection of multiple Accounts held by the same individual
• Suspected age violation (account holder under 21)
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Request by the Member themselves for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy

Upon termination for cause, net303 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. If the investigation clears the Member, any Real Money Balance (net of any forfeited bonuses) will be returned via the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Members wishing to voluntarily close their accounts should contact our support team in writing.

net303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered Members with access to the following self-management tools, available directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations with automatic logout when the time is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request placement on our exclusion list. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, being the jurisdiction under which net303 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in Curaçao. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

net303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.
